Shop Policies

Shipping:

All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days and ship via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Lucky Bat Paper Co is not responsible for carrier delays or lost/missing items due to incorrect shipping address. 

International Orders:

All orders will ship within 2-3 business days and ship via USPS First Class Package International. It can take 1-6 weeks for delivery outside of the United States. Lucky Bat is not responsible for any customs fees/taxes, this is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs office for rules and regulations.

Returns:

At this time, we don't accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged please email us within 10 days and we will gladly send a replacement.
